Consulting services
Stockholm Care offers state of the art expertise in the medical and healthcare field on a consultancy basis. We offer specialist training programmes and customised courses for all categories of medical and healthcare staff.
We provide education and consulting services in hospital management and organizational development, planning and project coordination. Our education programmes and training courses, as well as other consulting services, are normally provided in Stockholm or at the ordering party’s location.
Most of our experts are highly qualified practising managers or other healthcare professionals. The majority have served as planning officers/project leaders in international projects. Some also have extensive experience of working with projects in countries in transition.
In recent years Stockholm Care has been involved in the following types of projects:
- Management, training and development
- Healthcare and social welfare, strategies and planning
- Public health programmes and preventative measures
- Organization of primary care and restructuring of services
- Systems for financial control, accounting and auditing
- Feasibility studies
- Information systems
These projects have generally taken place in the Baltic countries, Russia, Greece, Bosnia and Herzegovina. Our educational and consulting services may be provided in collaboration with Karolinska Institute Education AB.
